| You will also need small
nails/veneer pins, 1½ x 8 screws and water proof wood
glue not included in kit |

| 1. Place centre compartment at end of
coach side and mark out side support strut positions. Cut out corners of centre compartment, as marked, so it will fit in the centre of the coach. |

2. Cut out slot at top of centre
compartment so that centre roof strut fits snugly in. Enlarge the notch on coach ends with a chisel so that centre roof strut fits snugly in. |
| 3. Drill through the end panel of the
coach and counter sink so that the screws will screw into
the timber battens. Pilot hole the battens to avoid
splitting. If the end is not flush the sides, loosen the
screws off and pack out with thin timber packers (use
plenty of wood glue) Glue coach ends and centre compartment to coach sides and nail from external face of coach side and ends. |

4. Put glue on framework and top of end
panels then bend smaller roof sheet in place centrally on
framework. Pin at approx. 4 centres along the
centre before pinning the edges (working centre out) Spread glue evenly on coach roof and place larger roof sheet centrally on top and nail at approx. 4 centres through smaller sheet into framework. Sand or plane edges of two roof sheets. Fill & sand where nailed For best finish, paint with primer undercoat sand, seal exposed MDF with more primer, re-sand and then top coat to suit. |
