Once again we shared floor space with Polly Model Engineering. This time we each had a 3m x 3m stand (Wembley 2.5m x 2.5m). This allowed the stand to be put up with the shorter leg on the end. The overall effect was to achieve an open stand which was more open and hopefully felt welcoming.

Our stand last thing Thursday night. The space on the left is for Polly Model Engineering (PME). To allow us to mess about while setting up Andy took the brave decision to go to the pub and let us get on with it.

Left - A fimilar sign. At shows PME sells
the finished items while we sell the raw castings. A nice
joint venture. At £43 for finished on a pole - I recommend this as exceptional value for quality (engineered aproach -over the top) - |

The aftermath. John and David starting the dismantling of the stand. The stand has now been divided up with Polly Model Engineering taking half. This should appear at the Midlands show which we won't be at (as traders).
The hammer head dock crane had an alternative use - it supported the rear screen. The design is based on a picture from the internet of a crane at Sydney. Good side shot helped to produce the CAD artwork. |
