Chassis can be made to any length between 1000mm and 1200mm

The standard chassis is constructed from 40mm angle with 6mm bogie mounting plate and foot rest pegs. RoR coach bodies are designed to sit 20mm down on the chassis leaving 20mm exposed as a sole bar.

The timber running boards can simply be unbolted.

Fitted with our popular sprung bogies.

Do not confuse the RoR chassis with other timber based models. The chassis is designed to take heavy loads and be a work horse on the railway.

Once the timber bodies have been removed you are left with a structural frame which can be use for moving loads.

All chassis come complete with our couplings. Buffers can be fitted as an optional extra.
