Power Bogies - Ready to Roll

175mm wheel base. 100mm dia wheels. 4 no. sealed ball race bearings - (around £1.50 each if the unlikely event they would ever need to be replaced). Motors can be removed without having to split the wheel sets. Axle boxes include a Timken snap on cover.

These bogies are short wheel base versions. This allows the loco to easily corner around 8ft radius curves.

Each axle box is independently sprung offering an unbelievably smooth ride even on our rough old track.

The removal of the cranks and Delrin axle boxes allows for a reduced maintenance worry. No cranks to worry or throw about.

• 12v running = 5-6mph

• 24v running = 10-12mph

Wheels shown with protective masking tape on. This is put on to allow for painting the face of the wheels.
