1. Cost - Save £100 - some of the price of a bogie.
2. Stability. You can not tip just the one coach over. On corners it is nearly impossible to tip the coach over.
3. Safety. An adult on a coach will stabilise the coach to the extent that a squirming child will not be able to derail a train.
